Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday in the order they are received. Orders placed before 2 pm CST are shipped out the same day as long as all of the items ordered are available. (Orders placed with a pre-ordered item will ship altogether, once all items are in stock).
If an item is back-ordered we will be sure to note the delay in the fulfillment of your order on the product page. If we're not confident we can fulfill your order for a back-ordered item in a timely manner, the item will be marked as out of stock on our site.
Transit times listed at checkout begin after the shipment has left our warehouse.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
